Shipping Policy
Dear customers, due to the current Recovery Movement Control Order, your parcel may take a little longer to arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and rest assured that we are doing our best to fulfil your orders as soon as possible! You may continue to track your parcel if you have received the tracking link via your email.
- We offer standard shipping for all non-bulky orders made in e-Pharmacy by ASP to Peninsular Malaysia.
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
- The shipping is RM 9.00 for orders below RM 400. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
- For item labelled as “Bulky”, shipping fee of RM25 will be applied.
- Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 400 and above
- All shipments are processed either in our facilities at Penang or KL.
- We do not deliver to P.O boxes. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.
- Orders will be processed and shipped once payment is received.
- We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Peninsular Malaysia.
- Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Order and collect
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are limiting Order & Collect delivery to a selected number of places.Choose order & collect for delivery to your local store:
- Your order will be delivered to your chosen store within 7 working days, excluding Sundays and Public holidays.
- If you order after 11am your order will be delivered to your chosen store within 8 working days.
- One of our team members will contact you once your delivery is ready to collect.
- To use this service, simply select the “Pick Up Point” listed in checkout.
- Please bring your order confirmation and proof of ID when you collect your order.
- We will keep your items on hold for you at the OCP for up to two weeks, commencing when you receive a call from us.
